About Man
Rokachman Ltd. is a family business with a long tradition of producing a variety of wafers and cookies in different packaging and with different flavors, marketed under the brand name “Man”.
The company was founded in 1954 in the city of Bnei Brak by the late Menachem Rokach, who came to Israel from Austria together with his wife Penina. Throughout the years the family company grew and developed, together with the second generation, who joined the company; and in 1990 the factory moved to its new, modern location in the Ramla industrial zone. Today, the company is run by the members of the third generation in a pleasant family environment, which all of the factory workers enjoy.
The production process at the Rokachman factory is fully automated, with no human contact; and all of its products are pareve, with no milk ingredients or lactose, prepared with natural ingredients only – with no trans fats, artificial colorings, preservatives or cholesterol. All of the company products (except the granola cookies) are vegan and bear the certification of “Vegan Friendly”.
Man wafers and cookies are among the most widely sold in all of the chain stores and in the private market in Israel and around the world, and are under the strict supervision of Rabbi Landau, the Av Beit Din of Bnei Brak, and Rabbi Abuhatzeira, Chief Rabbi of the city of Ramla.
